Since childhood, Levi has had two great passions: towering mountains and motorcycles, both of which he has been deeply involved with at GoBeyond since 2016. When he’s not on the road, he’s working on art projects, organizing communities, leading a motorcycle club, or brainstorming GoBeyond’s most exciting new projects. In 2022, he and Janó co-created the Balkan Rally, which has since grown into the region’s largest car and motorcycle race, and remains the highlight of every September.

If there’s one thing we can be sure of, it’s that Csilla’s number appears in most phones as ‘GoBeyond Csilla,’ as she was the primary contact between the office and our travelers for years. Today, she leads our sales team, which operates in four countries, and can recall the names of hundreds of passengers by heart. After living in Austria and Germany, she decided to move to Portugal, where she enjoys the ocean and sunshine year-round with her family.

Fanny is a true globetrotter at heart, with a passion for everything nature, adventure, and open-air freedom—whether it’s mountain hikes, seaside relaxation, or simply enjoying a good coffee outdoors. For Fanny, it’s not just about natural beauty but also sustainability: she’s one of the team’s most stylish members and a dedicated supporter of secondhand fashion. Among her dreams is a custom Jeep Wrangler, with which she plans to explore the world’s most stunning landscapes

Kori is the young titan of Balkan Rally racing services and one of its most reliable pillars. He is the driver of the iconic retro Volkswagen fire truck that accompanies the participants every year.

On a typical day, Vanda communicates across 4-5 time zones to ensure our travelers face no surprises during their adventures. If an unexpected situation does arise, she reorganizes any plan with the speed of a ninja, so our tour guides and local partners know they can always rely on her. Our travel planning team brings all their wild ideas to her, and she either gives wings to our dreams or helps us find our way back to practicality.

Luca could pitch a tent before she could even spell her name in syllables. She loves to plan her trips in advance, but the moment she arrives, she’s all about getting lost to truly experience the place. Among the hundreds of thousands of photos taken over the past fifteen years, she can still find something new to show us. She has an unmatched talent for discovering hidden gems and expertly incorporates them into our social media content. She’s probably traveled the entire globe virtually while browsing through our photos.

Janó is the founder of GoBeyond, a professional freeride skier, passionate surfer, and experienced traveler. Over the past fifteen years, he has organized countless trips, initially for his friends, then for friends of friends, and now for global brands. In parallel, he founded a music festival and operated hospitality venues. According to him, the brand he created after a year-long backpacking adventure in Asia in 2010 initially served primarily to allow him to pursue his favorite hobbies year-round. However, after fifteen years, both his ambitions and GoBeyond have grown significantly: he now leads a team of over twenty people in four countries, whose main motivation is to help travelers from all over the world experience the journey of a lifetime.

Whatever question you may have about a trip, Mesi always has the answer. She is our travel expert who has always wanted to organize trips, mastering every detail of the profession at university and traditional travel agencies. She found her true passion and the client base closest to her heart at GoBeyond: organizing epic adventures is not just her job, but her mission. Her phone is constantly ringing, and she’s almost always in touch with one of our travelers.

Szabolcs brought more than a decade of marketing experience and a solid automotive background to the team, but has also organized music festivals and national cultural programs, and run his own cinema. He’s lived everywhere from Bucharest to Tokyo and when he likes a new place, he mentally moves there.

Panni has been directing others since kindergarten, and over the past 15 years, this has become her profession as an event organizer and project manager. She quickly falls in love, whether it’s with an exciting project or a spontaneous trip. While traveling the world from India to Canada, she got to know a wide variety of cultures and people, and she herself discovered the thrill of travel. The business events she manages require extremely precise planning and management, where there is no room for error, and where any sudden problem or change must be addressed immediately. These challenges keep her constantly motivated, as does the fact that at GoBeyond, she finds partners for almost any unconventional venue choice or idea realization.

Ricsi is one of the pioneers of the early 2000s Hungarian street art movement. His graphic work today goes beyond design; he’s driven by bringing ideas to life, whether through screen printing or mural painting. In recent years, he has channeled his creativity and extensive experience into the film industry, and he’s also responsible for the ever-evolving branding of the Balkan Rally. When he’s not at his computer or working magic with a paintbrush, he loves exploring the world on one of his bikes.

Sári has a background in journalism, publishing, advertising, and cultural marketing, an ideal foundation for being the careful guardian of a brand that is colorful, exciting, and meaningful all at once. The creation of the Balkan Rally’s story is a testament to her work. A scouting veteran, she feels most at home in a tent; she spends her summers among rocks, forests, and endless hiking trails, and if it were up to her, she would walk for months on end without stopping.

Since the very first rally, Mendi has been a key member of the team - the organizer, coordinator, and hostess of the project. In her own travels, she places great emphasis on gastronomy, having explored the best local specialties in nearly forty countries. Whether you need help selecting clothes, a surfboard, a bag, or any accessory, Mendi is an expert in this area as well, being the founder and owner of her own concept store chain in Hungary.

Norbi is a constantly curious world wanderer. He is most content and happy when he’s outdoors. Born and raised in Transylvania, he always follows the call of the mountains. Whether it’s an adventure tour or a motorcycle trip, we know our travelers are in good hands with Norbi. If needed, he’s ready to depart to any corner of the world as soon as the next day—he’s never said no to a trip.

Lili is the biggest supporter of the office team, and her energy isn’t limited to GoBeyond. Whether it’s an event or a trip, her attention to detail is the finishing touch. We only trust her with production tasks, deliveries, and procurement that have unrealistically tight deadlines. You can meet her at the Race Office during the Balkan Rally.

In addition to trying out a different motorcycle every week, which you can follow on YouTube, Günti has been one of the most defining characters of the Balkan Rally from the very beginning. He’s traveled the Rally route countless times, and now, as a guide, he might show up on any of our motorcycle trips. He’s easy to spot because, while riding, one hand is on the handlebars and the other on his camera, capturing our most daring shots.

Founder and creative director of Faraway Design Studio, Bence took on the task of refreshing GoBeyond’s previous logo in an unguarded moment, which eventually grew into an ongoing collaboration that led to our entire office’s rebranding under his skilled hands. Bence is not only talented in design but also in pizza tossing; he co-runs PizzaBété with friends as a hobby, supplying the famous Neapolitan pizzas for our events. When he’s not baking pizzas, Bence is an avid runner and boulderer.

Levente, aka Leves, has been with the GoBeyond team almost from the beginning. He joined us with nearly a decade of experience in marketing and advertising. We owe much of our high-quality video and photo content to him—he knows no compromise and can spend days perfecting each detail. When he’s not working magic behind the camera, he expresses his artistic side, creating in his own studio and more recently picking up a paintbrush more often.
